THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO FINDING A PROVIDER! I’ve been wanting to write this for a while and since I have seen a lot of post lately related to people looking for a good I pee tv provider I figured might as well do it now. Yes I am a provider (not a reseller) but no this is not a post to promote my service. This is to help people that may not understand the full workings of this to not get ripped off and to help them pick a provider that they will ultimately be happy with. I’ve been in this business for 8 years and have worked for some of the larger companies such as gears back in the day, prime, and still provide epg content for Apollo. Anyways let’s get on with it shall we? The 1st thing you will see when looking for a good service is the insane amount of resellers that are out there. Most resellers unfortunately have no clue what they are doing and do not have any control over the service they sell at all. That being said there are a few resellers that are very knowledgeable of the business and actually know what they are doing however they are few and far between. Here are the questions to ask and things to look out for when looking for a service: 1. The app they tell you to use or the apps they offer. If they are telling you to download a generic app such as Iptv Smarters on anything other than an iOS device then 9/10 they are a reseller. If they do offer their own branded app that is hardcoded (meaning you the customer only has to input username and password (no url) then at least you know that they have put a minimal effort into their business by taking the time to create a logo and rebrand an app. Any good provider or even reseller will have multiple different hardcoded, branded apks for you to choose from under their own “AppStore” which will be available to easily view and pick from the download domain they provide you with. This is so you the customer can easily pick from multiple apks, layouts, functions to suit what is best for you. These are a few of the hardcoded branded apps we provide for our customers but you want to find a provider that offers at least 3. XCIPEETV, tivimate, Smarters, LBO, purple, and 9xtreme. Another important note about apps is when a reseller does give you the dns (url) to use with your generic tivimate or any other app you wish to use it on then it is important that they provide you with your own url specific to your username and password (yes it’s possible now we do this with all our customers) or a generic one conflared through a domain that they own. NOT a bitly link or an outside link they made to attempt to mask the source of the service they are selling. Those links will cause you nothing but issues. If a reseller wants to mask the service they are selling then they should be knowledgeable enough to purchase a domain and rerout the dns. If a reseller does not have their own brand then they either don’t know what they are doing or they don’t care. Would you guy buy a blank can of soda that has no name? Same goes with your streaming. Your provider should also offer you the option to directly use your smart tv via the Smarters app in any smart tvs App Store. It literally cost us providers to register our DNS’s with WHMCS Smarters in order for you to use the service on a smart tv without a fire stick or android box etc. they should also offer you a web player to watch from your computer. Doing these things, although small, help let you know that they care about the customers they are service and not just looking at you as another number. 2. PRICE yes there is ALOT of services out there that offer monthly for $7 or years for as little as $50. STAY AWAY FROM THESE! It is not viable for a provider to offer a great service with great servers and continue to be able to upgrade them as they grow for this price. If you want a cheap service like this then you might as well just use sportsfire or kodi with some ad ons for free. They are likely using the same sources as them anyways and have overloaded servers. If they don’t now then they will soon. If it’s a reseller offering service at this price then that’s even worse because that person is making little money and is likely going to sell you a sub and you won’t hear from them again. It’s not lucrative for them to keep having to deal with you after the sale is made. The money isn’t there. Just judging off the backend cost that I know is associated with running a great service, a good price range for a great service that will cause you little to no issues is between $15-25. Also keep in mind the number of connections you are getting. A lot of resellers will ONLY offer you one connection because that is all their panel will allow them to do and they have no control over changing that. Even if you only want 1 connection, go with a provider that offers multiple. You never know if you’d like to add a simultaneous connection down the road. 3. I.P locking. Some providers will lock your service to one I.p address. Although I understand this is to prevent abuse it’s not beneficial to the customer. You want to be able to take your service with you on vacation, or watch at work on your break from your phone etc. with an I.p locked service you can not do this. Make sure they do not lock your connections to your I.p address! On the same note, don’t be a dòućhê and buy 5 connections and split it with 5 friends. It’s already cheap and most services offer you an incentive for referring friends and family (we offer $5 per customer you refer and this is pretty standard if you can find another provider that offers an incentive). 4. Any provider you are considering should have their own website that you can purchase directly from. If you have someone message you on here offering service ask them for their site and email them, or use the chat feature on the site or call their number off the site to verify the person messaging you here is the same one running the website. If they don’t have their own website move on to the next one that does. 5. Any provider you consider should offer 24/7 support either via a 1800 number (which we’ve used for years), a discord group or telegram group. Even WhatsApp however most decent providers will have a well organized discord group with bots to help answer any questions and get you to where you need to be. 6. It is a myth that ipeetv providers only use crypto to protect themselves. I’ve been in this business a long time and have never had a single issue utilizing multiple payment platforms such as stripe, cashapp, Venmo, bank transfers and even Apple pay. Yes we also use crypto but that alone is more of a red flag than not. If someone wants to remain so anonymous that they will only accept crypto then chances are they will not be there when you need help with something. 7. If someone approaches you with a service and uses the words “I have multiple servers” or “multiple playlists for you to choose from” this alone is a red flag for multiple reasons. When someone refers to the service as a server that makes very little sense. We currently use 14 different servers just for our content and upgrade as client base and demand grows to keep from overloading servers and causing buffering. This doesn’t even include our cdn that utilizes hundreds more across the world to speed up delivery. A SERVICE is not a SERVER. This leads you to believe that they really don’t know much about how this all actually works. That being said a PLAYLIST is the service to a degree however Anyone can make their own playlist in a matter of minutes. A provider can offer the same service with multiple different playlists by removing content that they want to sell separately or upcharge you for. The other red flag when someone is offering a bunch of different services is that clearly shows they are simply reselling any and everything they can. We do offer 1 backup service that we charge $5 extra a month for and that is simply if someone wants it as an insurance plan in the case that a stream does go out or a server needs to be restarted then they have it for the 5 minutes it takes to for us to fix a stream or reboot. However we don’t push it because it’s rarely ever needed. If someone is selling multiple services then that also tells you that they don’t have the best out there. WHEN YOU OFFER THE BEST OF EVERYTHING IN ONE, THEN YOU DONT NEED TO SELL MULTIPLE SERVICES! 8. EPG content (electronic program guide). There are ALOT of very cheap services out there that all have one thing in common. Their tv guide is horrible or is very incomplete. Being in the business for the time I have and even being a provider of just epg data to large services I can tell you that if the service has good and complete epg data then they also are sourcing the best streams available. You may not realize this but behind the scenes these go hand in hand with who you know. 9. VOD content. Any good service will have this updated DAILY with new content. They will also have a large selection of 24/7 channels. I’ve spent years making 24/7 channels and it is a constant ongoing upgrade. It doesn’t just stop at 100 24/7 channels! People love 24/7 that is one of the things that separates ipeetv from regular cable. 10. No one should ever need any of your info for a free trial. Simple. 11. VPN’s. If your ISP is blocking the dns to a service then your service should have other DNS’s that will work for you without you needing a vpn that will inevitably slow you down. This circles back to using a providers hard coded apps. Any good provider will have at least 5 different DNS’s programmed into their own app that will automatically detect which is best for your country and ISP and you don’t need to do anything but put in your username and password. If for some reason you prefer to use a vpn then your providers apps should have a free one built into their app for you to simply switch on. When you own multiple servers it is nothing to make your own vpn network and cost you very little to do so. Therefore good providers offer you this service for free. To wrap this up, I am not dogging on resellers as a whole. There are many awesome resellers out there that provide a great service. I have multiple resellers myself however I have very few because I will not take a resellers money if they do not understand how the business they are starting works. For every good one there is 20 that are literally clueless as to what they are doing or how the product they are selling even works. All they know is how to click “add account” on a panel and tell you how to download the generic Smarters app. They are quick to hop in your inbox and tell you “I have multiple servers you can try” (refer to red flag 7) lol I am sure there are things I am forgetting and things other customers can add to this but if you follow this list, you will find you a great provider that you are happy with. If you are interested in our service you can pm me and I will send you a link to our site and will personally answer any questions for you and get you set up. (I don’t want to post it directly on the thread). I hope everyone finds this useful!
